As of now, no it won't. The software was built around the assumption of 32 teams and there are an unknown number dependencies on that. If I get enough requests for support of custom sizes, I may look into it, but it would be a long term goal. I apologize, but the software can't be everything for everyone, since it was initially built for just my own league.
